The Mayor is a resident in Metro Speedway in Spyro 2: Ripto's Rage!. Being the mayor of Metro Speedway, the Mayor had to keep his re-election funds safe, while the cat burglars that had infested the place didn't make it any easier for him.
Trivia
- The Mayor seems to use the same character model as Basil from Mystic Marsh. Coincidentally they both had things stolen by thieves.
