Old One Horn is a character who appeared in Spyro: Shadow Legacy, and is an elder in the Dragon Village. As with the rest of the village, Old One Horn got trapped in the Shadow Realm. After being rescued by Spyro, he asked Spyro to fix the village gate between Dragon Village and Dragon Shores, in return he gave Spyro a relic.
