Cho Lei
From the Spyro Wiki, the Spyro and Skylanders encyclopedia
Cho-Lei is a Dragon Elders who appeared in Spyro: Shadow Legacy. It is apparant that she is the only female elder in the entire series. Cho-Lei gives you stronger attack magic power and the ability to occasionally deflect magic. She also teaches you the Cyclone spell.
