Zap (Skylanders)

Template:Characterbox (Skylanders) Template:Q Zap is a blue amphibian-like dragon who is one of the 32 playable Skylanders in Skylanders: Spyro's Adventure.

Abilities

As his name suggests, Zap can breathe blasts of electricity and electrical surges of water, despite being a water-elemental character. He can also leave a trail of electrical water behind him to electrocute enemies.

Biography

Zap is a water dragon who was raised in the seas of Skylands by a family of electric eels. Although he is friendly and well-liked by most sea creatures, he has a long standing feud with the dolphins. They don't like that he regularly shocks them by accident when they ride the ocean waves together, and he usually takes offense at the dolphins saying the shocks are no accident... and sometimes they're right. But despite these minor differences of opinion, Zap has proven to be a true protector of the seas and of Skylands.

Trivia

• Prior to his official name being revealed, fans who like Skylanders called Zap the 'Water Dragon'.
• Zap's promotional art shows that his eyes are red, but in the game, they are yellow.
• If you watch the trailers, Zap looks like a toy. It was probaly done on purpose. This is quite disappointing, because if he didn't look so much like a toy, he might be one of the best characters.
• He also has a very short tail, which makes him look worse. It is so short that is impossible to hit an enemy with it.
