Spyro breathing ice

Ice is the element that Spyro masters. It is first obtained when he was granted with this breath temporarily in Spyro: Year of the Dragon while in Frozen Altars. It later became one of Spyro's main breath attacks in Spyro: Enter the Dragonfly, and later appeared in Spyro: Season of Flame and Spyro: A Hero's Tail. It is also one of the main elements Spyro uses in the Legend of Spyro series.

Spyro: Enter the Dragonfly

In this game, Spyro's Ice Breath only freezes enemies. It leaves them vulnerable for a few seconds. After freezing them, he must charge or use another breath to finish them off. In Dragon Realms, it is used to open a gate to collect the rest of the gems, save the rest of the baby dragonflies there, and it allows Spyro to gain access to three new levels to explore.

The Legend of Spyro series

This element is good for trapping enemies so you can melee them, and it works well with Spyro's Dragon Time ability. The Ice Fury is an amazing burst of ice and chilled devastation.

In The Legend of Spyro: A New Beginning, Spyro can spray steams of ice to freeze enemies and shoot ice spikes to kill them faster.

In The Legend of Spyro: The Eternal Night, Spyro can use the Polar Bomb to create ice-made plaform in liquids, freeze enemies, and put out fires, or use the Ice Tail attack to knock back surrounding enemies while freezing them simultaneously.

In The Legend of Spyro: Dawn of the Dragon, Spyro can shoot ice shards to freeze enemies and knock flying enemies down or use the Snow Storm to create a freezing cyclone of ice and snow to kill enemies quickly.
