Template:PlaceOriginal Canyon Speedway is the fourth and final speedway in Spyro 2: Ripto's Rage! and Spyro Reignited Trilogy. It can be accessed in the Winter Tundra homeworld after paying Moneybags 200 gems.

Description

In contrast to its homeworld, this hot and dry speedway sees you gliding around a canyon and turning corners fairly often.

Like with the other speedways, Canyon Speedway begins with your time counting down. Completing tasks increases your time. Once you have succeeded in managing an 'All In One' score, play again. Your time will be counting up, instead of counting down, giving you a chance to find Hunter.

Despite being the final speedway in the game, many fans consider this one to be the easiest to complete.

Hunter's task

In the Canyon, go searching for a cave high in the mountain face, near the buzzards. You'll find Hunter there. He asks you to man the guns on his 'toy' plane, while he guides you. Your part here is to fire the guns at every blimp you find. The trick is to never let go of the fire button. Also remember that up is down and down is up.

Once you've completed this task, Hunter will reward you with an orb.

Trivia

  • The bikers jumping off the ramps over lava is a reference to the cover of Meat Loaf's 1977 album, "Bat Out of Hell".
