Cat Burglars are enemies that were found in Spyro 2: Ripto's Rage!. They continually harassed the Mayor by trying to steal his election funds. They were found in Metro Speedway,a flying level.
Appearance
Cat Burglars are long-eared cats wearing tight blue jumpsuits and have ringed tail patterns.
Trivia
- Cat Burglars appear to use the same character model as Kangaroo Thieves. Coincidentally the Mayor and Basil both share the same character model as well, and had things stolen from them by these animals.
