Kangaroo Thieves are agile, kangaroo-like characters that can only be found in Mystic Marsh in Spyro 2: Ripto's Rage!; four of them had stolen four spark plugs from Basil the Explorer's jeep. They are capable of leaping great distances and heights. Thanks to their small wings, they can glide. They are also capable of swimming in the few watery areas of the marsh. Each one runs on a fixed path. When defeated, they make an "Eep!" noise, then the spark plugs appear. When all four are defeated, Spyro is awarded an orb from Basil.
Characteristics
Physical Appearance
In the original game, the Kangaroo Thieves' physical description would be a tall humanoid figure, with a kangaroo-like body and a fox-like head. They also appear to have blue wing-like flaps under their arms like that of a flying squirrel.
In Reignited, they don black eye masks and their flying flaps are now brown instead of blue.
Trivia
- Their original design resembled Kanga from Winnie-the-Pooh, a children's novel by A. A. Milne and E. H. Shepard.
