Climb
From the Spyro Wiki, the Spyro and Skylanders encyclopedia
The Climb ability is one of the few abilities Spyro learns in Spyro 2: Ripto's Rage!. Certain walls bear ladder imprints and can be climbed. Simply jumping against the wall will make Spyro dig his claws in, and he can climb in any direction for as far as the imprints go. Spyro must frequently cross over from ladder to ladder in order to reach new areas.
The Legend of Spyro series
In The Legend of Spyro: Dawn of the Dragon, both Spyro and Cynder have the ability to climb up on steep cliffs and walls using the vines growing from certain areas on the walls and cliffs.
Trivia
- The Climbing ability seems to have been replaced by Spyro's Wall Kick ability in Spyro: A Hero's Tail.
- A faster way to climb these ladders is to jump up and grab the ladder again. Rinse and repeat.
