The Egyptian Dogs are the peacekeepers of the Haunted Tomb. They follow the rules of King Rover, which is to give anyone that enters the Haunted Tomb a riddle that they must solve. The dogs are purple, wear an Egyptian hat and robe.

Trivia
- Apparently, all the dogs are immortal, since one of them (Allgeier) mentioned that he waited 7,000 years for someone to solve his riddle.
- Allgeier’s name is a reference to Insomniac Games employee Brian Allgeier. Likewise, Dan’s name is likely a reference to Dan Johnson, an Insomniac Games employee known for his Easter Egg appearances in both Spyro and Ratchet & Clank.
