Shadow Gates are metal gates found in certain levels in The Legend of Spyro: Dawn of the Dragon. Cynder would have to use her Shadow Strike to bypass the shadow magic generating around the opening the gate and emerge from the other side. Once inside, she can pull down a lever to unlock the Shadow Gate that would allow Spyro to enter as well.
Trivia
- In the console versions of Dawn of the Dragon, the Shadow elemental gates found only in Warfang, the Ruins of Warfang and the Dam have visages resembling Malefor's.
