Scorch is a boss found in Scorch's Pit, a boss realm in Spyro: Year of the Dragon, on your way to Midnight Mountain. It is a transformed Rhynoc, who was created by the Sorceress in order to execute all monsters.

-[[Bianca]] furiously left her, the [[Sorceress]] turned a cowardly [[Rhynocs|Rhynoc]] into, what she called, "a monster to end all monsters" and named it Scorch. It's purpose was to kill anyone who got into her way. Scorch was sent to it's pit to execute [[Spyro the Dragon (character)|Spyro]] and [[Bentley]]. However, both were able to defeat this beast and avoid execution.
