Harbor Speedway is the speedway for the homeworld Midnight Mountain, which appears in the game Spyro: Year of the Dragon.

Hunter Challenge
Once you have completed the time attack and race challenges, go look for Hunter. He is in the lighthouse. His challenge is to keep up with a damaged Sheep Saucer. The saucer will spurt green smoke rings out of its exhaust. Hunter says he can keep up with the saucer if he goes through these rings.

Trivia
- In the PAL and non-Greatest Hits versions, Harbor Speedway shares its theme with Mushroom Speedway, Country Speedway, and Honey Speedway.
- If you look at the portal, the background is from Sunny Villa, but the level itself has a foggy background.
