Cloud Spires is a bright level with a clouded sky. It contains beautifull towers and buildings on dark sky high cliffs, surrounded by solid, white clouds. The residents are fairies, dressed in blue robes, they have small wings and a frisure similar to their cloud generator. Moneybags can be found by a bellow with no activation button, willing to let Spyro purchase his way across. There are two areas, one up a wirlwind that appears when Spyro have got the egg from Fluffy at the end of the level. In this area, Spyro have to help wake up a Rain Cloud.
