The Stone Sentinel is the second boss in The Legend of Spyro: A New Beginning that resides in Tall Plains. It is a huge version of the smaller and more common "mini stone golems" and was worshipped by the Atlawas as a god of the shrine Cyril was held captive in.
Appearance
The Stone Sentinel starts out looking like a normal block but gets up and grows into a giant monster with a block for his hands, feet, head, and body. His hands and his feet are attached to his body by vines and has a bunch of moss growing all over his back.
Story
The Stone Sentinel is the God of the Shrine in its home, Tall Plains. When angry, he can be a formidable foe and can cause the seasons to become unbalanced. Cynder made use of the Stone Sentinel by setting him as a guard to the Dragon Guardian of Ice, Cyril, after disturbing the shrine.
