Atlawas are the natives to Tall Plains, who only appear in The Legend of Spyro: A New Beginning. They raise crops and focus their relationship with their gods as well as their surroundings. Their leader is Kane, and it's possible they're a part of the Allies.

Lifestyle

The Legend of Spyro: A New Beginning
Ignitus sends Spyro to Tall Plains to rescue Cyril after he returns with Volteer. There, after defeating most of Cynder's forces and helping Kane, the leader of the Atlawas through the plains, Spyro catches sight of Cynder herself flying away with a powered crystal in her claws.
