Bees are enemies in honey themed levels such as Honey Speedway in Spyro: Year of the Dragon and Honey Marsh (ETD) in Spyro: Enter the Dragonfly.

In-Game

The Bees attacks vary in Spyro: Year of the Dragon they simply fly up and down when do the Time Attack Challenge. You also race them in this speedway too. They are said to be giant bumblebees. However, the bees in Honey Marsh (ETD) can shot their stingers at you. These resemble queen bees. When hit the stingers explode on impact. This is evident in the tank mission slowing down the tank. Also on the slide challenge you must race one down the slide.

Trivia

  • The Honey Marsh (ETD) strongly resemble Giant Bees in Spyro: Season of Ice.
  • Most of the bees that you race in Spyro: Year of the Dragon are colored. Probably so you can tell if you are passing a new bee, or just double lapping that bee.
