Green Colosi
Template:Youmay Template:Characterbox The Green Colosi are allies that appear in Idol Springs, a realm in Avalar that only appeared in Ripto's Rage!. They resemble the Monk Colosi from Colossus, but are green and wear different clothes. The females are known to be hula girls, while the males are the workers that created the Idols (along with one Hula Girl Idol). The workers wear two different types of outfits, though only the foremen speak with Spyro.
Story
Spyro 2: Ripto's Rage!
In the first cutscene, two workers were chiping away at some wood. One had just finished his idol, who suddenly came to life! Terrified, the colosi shouts (in a high pitched voice) and flees, with the idol chasing him. The other colosi got an idea from this, and quickly chipped away at an unused piece of wood, creating an idol that looks like a hula girl. Believing that she would also come to life, he kisses her on the lips. Unfortunately, she fell over, lifeless, leaving the colosi heartbroken.
When Spyro and Sparx arrived, they learned from Bob, a foreman, that the idols had taken over the temples and had stolen all of their food. Nearby, an idol had been bullying a worker colosi. Spyro defeated the idol, and the colosi ran to safety, then used his tools to break open a door. Nearby, on the bridge, an idol held another colosi, but was defeated, saving the colosi's life. The colosi landed flat on his face, but got up and ran to another area where Zoe waited for Spyro to talk to him (about the idols with the metal shields).
Two more workers were saved, the latter unlocked a door with his wooden hammer to another area where Zoe waits for Spyro (this time, she will tell the player how to control the camera with the L2 and R2 buttons). One more was found captured by an idol, but was also defeated. Finaly, Max will reward Spyro with the realm's Talisman, and also said that if Spyro would like to work in the Spings, he has just the right place for the purple dragon.
Foreman Bud was another worker who will give Spyro three mini-games to complete. After the young dragon completed them, he gave him an orb. Another colosi, the hula girl leader Stella, had been captured by an idol and chained to a stone (at the same area in the first cutscene). Spyro was able to save her when he used the supercharge to knock the other six hula girls off their posts, and they did the rain dance, destroying the idol. Thankful, Stella gave him an orb.
In the second cutscene, three worker colosi (who have all taken off their goggles, since they are not working) were having a campfire, roasting marshmellows and sausages. An idol watched them from under the bridge, and then walked up to them. One of the colosi screamed in terror, but the idol meant no harm, and even brought up a sausage. He then joined the confused colosi in the campfire, looking happy.
