Prince Azrael

Azrael is the prince of the unseen realm Felina in Spyro: Year of the Dragon. He led an invasion in Charmed Ridge with the Cat Wizards in order to marry the fairy princess, Ami. However, it turns out that both Prince Azrael and Princess Ami were truly in love. Ami told Spyro who came to her rescue, that Azrael wasn't the enemy, explains everything to him and gave him a dragon egg to keep their romance a secret, then the couple drove off on a motorbike into the sunset together in the end, possibly heading back to Felina to get married.

However, Prince Azrael has apparently broken up with Princess Ami, as she is seen in the the epilogue competing against Zoe over the affections of Sparx the Dragonfly.

Trivia

• Azrael's name and appearance are a reference to the cat Azraël from the 2011 movie, French comic and animated series, "The Smurfs".
