Ineptune
Ineptune is a large green Mermaid who has appeared in Spyro: A Hero's Tail. She was hired by Red to keep Spyro from reaching the Icy Wilderness realm. Unlike Gnasty’s Cave’s entrance which had a Dragon Egg, Ineptune’s Watery Tomb has neither and is just a passageway with a few crabs along the way.
Story
Ineptune first appears after Spyro uses the teleporter for the first time. She was summoned by Red to kill him after Gnasty Gnorc was defeated. Spyro went and vanquished all ten Dark Gems in the realm before he faced her. The battle was a close one, but Ineptune was defeated and killed in the end.
Appearance
Ineptune is a green Mermaid. She is even larger than the one encounted earlier. Her hair colour is purple, and her tail colour is also purple.
Trivia
- Ineptune is the only boss in the game to have their own theme song during their battle. The battles against Gnasty Gnorc and both of Red's forms have the same music. Curently, we do not know why.
