Giant Scorpion

Template:Characterbox The giant versions of the Scorpions enemy, they are found in the Desert Ruins realm of Spyro: Year of the Dragon. They attack by shooting flames from their tails in a wave. Due to their large size, they can only be defeated by flame. Their eyes are a mixture of yellow and orange and they have sandy skin. For some reason, they refrain from using their claws to attack.
