The Unarmored Gnorcs[1] are large, pink Gnorcs that appear throughout Spyro: A Hero's Tail as common enemies. They have a variant named Balloon-a-rangs, which are held up by balloons.

In Dragon Kingdom, they wear a black sewn leather mask, a striped purple & pink briefs and black belt with silver buckle. In Lost Cities, they wear a greek outfit which includes the blue dress, silver helmet with red & purple crest, brown apron, red belt, striped purple & pink briefs, silver anklets and ocher sandals. In Cloudy Domain, they wear a pilot hat, striped purple & pink briefs, front armor, and ocher sandals. In Icy Wilderness, they wear a silver helmet, beige coat with green sweater, brown belt with silver buckle, brown gloves, striped purple & pink trousers and brown boots. In Volcanic Isle, they wear a purple horned barbute with T-shaped form embroidered with yellow, purple shoulder pads embroidered with yellow, black gloves, striped blue & purple trousers, black belt with blue loincloth embroidered with red and ocher shoes.

The Huge Gnorcs use stick weapons as axes, hammers to attack from the front and on ground. But some of them protect themselves with frontal armor to protect themselves from Spyro's fire and electric breath. In Sgt. Byrd's minigames, Huge Gnorcs with Volcanic Isle outfits attack with larger spears in small axes. They can be invincible to Spyro's physical attacks, but can be defeated with fire breath, electric breath, ice breath, Hunter's punches and Supercharge.

As Balloon-a-rangs, the Huge Gnorcs are held up by balloons where they are protected by front armor and attack with a boomerang. They can be defeated when Spyro use use the Wing Shield to deflect their boomerangs and popping their balloon to sending them falling.
