The Cyclopses are one-eyed enemies in Skylanders: Spyro's Adventure. They first appeared in solid red color with white eyes as Kaos's minions, but later their normal versions appear in the game. Cyclopses are known for being stinky due to them not ever taking baths.
There are also another variety of Cyclopses called Snowclopses, who reside in the cold areas of Skylands, such as Glacier Gully.

- According to a Story Scroll, Cyclopses are also stonemasons, having constructed stone castles, statues, and temples throughout the Skylands, but their stone carved ships of the Cyclops Navy were not their proudest moment.
- Most uprgade pictures that depict enemies use Cyclopses. The reason for this is unknown.
- The Cyclopses apparently have captured the Snow Queen, which is why her captain of the guard, Chill, became a Skylander to reclaim her honor while searching for the Queen.
- One of the Cyclopses, Quick Draw, has a name which might have been a reference of a Hanna-Barbera character, Quick Draw McGraw.
