Tribune Bryan is a resident in Roman City, as seen in Spyro: Season of Ice. He is found near the beginning of the level, fretting over the Fairy Festival. He is worried because he can't find Senator Ricci over all the rushing of the rhynocs, for he has all the snow cones for the Fairy Festival. He asks if Spyro can help him find the senator.
