The Forgotten Realms are the former homes of the Dragons from the Dragon Realms, making its first appearance in Spyro: Year of the Dragon.
History
The Dragons once ruled there alongside the Sorceress and her Rhynoc army. However, the Dragons and the Sorceress didn't get along very well and one day, when the Dragons and the Sorceress were having a big argument, she banished the Dragons to the other side of the World, which would eventually become known as the Dragon Realms. Unfortunately, ever since the Dragons left the magic in the kingdom started to dry up. After Spyro's adventures in the Forgotten Worlds, all the Magic returned. In the Year of the Dragon, the Sorceress is the main antagonist of the world.
