Buzz was a Rhynoc minion of the Sorceress who was tranformed into a giant toad-like dragon by Bianca in order to fight Spyro.
Biography
After his creation, Buzz was sent to a dungeon near the Sunrise Spring realm, and was encountered by Spyro and Sheila, who were travelling by balloon to Midday Gardens. Buzz attacked, but was easily defeated by the duo, who knocked him into the lava, which he was head-smashed into by Sheila, releasing a Dragon egg.
Note: Buzz also comes out of one of the eggs in the 3rd boss battle.
