Spyro: Year of the Dragon
In this game, Mayor Leo is being held captive at the end of Sunny Villa. It's requested by Councillor George that you go and rescue him. Once you do, the mayor will thank you and reward you with one of their "famous giant chicken eggs", which will turn out to be a Dragon Egg (Sanders).
