Fire breath is one of Spyro's two main attacks, the other being charging. This is the only breath attack he has until Enter the Dragonfly and onwards (with the exception of Frozen Altars in Spyro: Year of the Dragon, which allowed him to use Ice instead), when other breath types are introduced such as Ice, Electricity, and Bubble.
