Grendor
From the Spyro Wiki, the Spyro and Skylanders encyclopedia
Grendor is a Rhynoc librarian and the main villain of Spyro: Season of Ice. He stole the Sorceress's Spell Book from Bianca and tried to make himself smarter, although this backfired and caused Grendor to grow larger with a second head, and he received a massive headache. At the end of the game, Zoe changes Grendor back into his usual pink form. He renounces his villainous ways and apologizes for the trouble that he caused.
