Frog Weed
Frog Weeds are the first enemy Spyro faces in The Legend of Spyro: A New Beginning when one of them swallowed Sparx. They are plants with some frog-like features, and a pitcher plant mouth that calls to mind a frog's mouth. They are native to the Swamp area. They can be destroyed easily, either by bashing them or flaming them to oblivion. They usally come in groups, but occasionally only one Frog Weed makes an appearance in battle.
A relative of the Frog Weed, the Toad Weed makes its appearance in The Legend of Spyro: The Eternal Night around the Temple grounds. Like Frog Weeds, they can be destroyed by bashing or flaming them. They also can come in groups or be solitary.
