Chief Prowlus
Prowlus (fully known as: Chief Prowlus (チーフ・プロウルス Chīfu Purourusu in Japanese) is the clan chief of the Cheetah Village in the Valley of Avalar. He is very distrustful of dragons or anything outside the valley for that matter, and blames the dragons for the misfortunes that happened onto his clan thanks to Malefor and Cynder when she was under his control. He is strict, strong and very leery.  Prowlus also seems to have an intense rivalry with Hunter. He wields a short, dual edged sword. 
The Legend of Spyro: Dawn of the Dragon
After Hunter takes Spyro and Cynder to safety in Twilight Falls, he, Spyro, Cynder,, and Sparx were captured by the cheetahs and taken to the Cheetah Village. There, Hunter is scolded by Chief Prowlus, who blames the dragons for causing his clan's misfortunes and bringing the dangers of the world with him, but Hunter defends his actions reminding Prowlus that Spyro is the last hope of saving the world from Malefor, and that the dangers are already around them. When the village comes under attack by Grublins, Prowlus reluctantly releases the dragons but refuses to allow Hunter to go when the grublins are fended off. After Spyro and Cynder recovers a missing member of the village, Meadow, Prowlus apologizes to Hunter for his actions. He then offers Hunter the use of the forbidden tunnel to reach Warfang, and in return, Hunter offers an invitation to Prowlus that he is welcome to join them at any time. During the siege of Warfang, he leads his tribe against Malefor's army. It is unknown whether he survived and if he and Hunter ever resolved their differences.
