Giant Crab

Template:Youmay Template:Characterbox Giant Crabs are large red or blue crabs with two large eyes on their head. They will crawl up to Spyro and snap at him, and can be killed easily with any attack. In skateboard levels, the crabs give you speed energy when you skate into them. In Sparx levels, they take several hits to kill. They apear in Spyro 2: Ripto's Rage in the level Aquaria Towers and Spyro: Year of the Dragon in the levels Lost Fleet, Crawdad Farm, and Super Bonus Round. The crabs in the Super Bonus Round are blue in colour.
Trivia
- When not attacking, the crabs sometimes squeeze one of their eyeballs, making the other one big.
- In Spyro 2, they snap when you get too near. In Spyro 3, they snap repeatedly to hit you.
