Giant Crab

Giant Crabs are large red or blue crabs with two large eyes on their head. Like their smaller counterparts, they will crawl towards Spyro and snap at him with their pincers. Theycan be defeated easily with any attack. In the skateboard levels, the giant crabs give Spyro speed energy when he skates into them.
They appear in the levels Crawdad Farm, Lost Fleet, Crawdad Farm, and the Super Bonus Round. The crabs in the Super Bonus Round are blue in color.
Trivia
- When not attacking, the crabs sometimes squeeze one of their eyeballs, making the other one big.
- In Spyro 2, they snap when Spyro gets too near. In Spyro 3, they snap repeatedly to hit Spyro.
