Prowlus (fully known as: Chief Prowlus (チーフ・プロブルス Chīfu Puroburusu in Japanese) is the clan chief of the Cheeta clan in the Valley of Avalar. He is very distrustful of dragons or anything outside the valley for that matter. He is strict, strong and very leery. He also seems to have an intense rivalry with Hunter.
