Isabelle

Template:Characterbox Isabelle is a minor character in Spyro: Year of the Dragon. She is a fairy and the girlfriend of Sgt. James Byrd, who is Spyro's ally and a playable character in the game. Isabelle appears in Charmed Ridge, where she, while waiting to meet Sgt. Byrd in the Fairy Temple to start their date, needs her boyfriend's help with exterminating the nasty, flying Cat Witches (the female version of Cat Wizards) within the temple in exchange not only for a Dragon Egg (Abby), but also a chance to start their other date.
Trivia
- It is unconfirmed if Isabelle has ever met Spyro. But it might be possible that Sgt. Byrd told her all about him since he first freed him during his adventures in the Forgotten Worlds.
- Like the other fairies of the level in Charmed Ridge, she has a thick, possible French accent.
- Isabelle shares the name with the first baby dragon from the Sunrise Spring Homeworld.
- It is possible that Isabelle is one of Zoe's friends who helped scatter the orbs around Avalar in Spyro 2: Ripto's Rage!, however, she was never actually seen, and possibly one of those who helped find the eggs (Zoe said "we found some of the eggs", possibly including her).
- Isabelle is similar in appearance to Amp from Spyro: A Hero's Tail and Spyro: Shadow Legacy
- In Spyro Reignited Trilogy, she wears an orange and yellow dress like Zoe instead of her green dress but has ginger hair instead of blue.
