*Elder is similar in appearance to [[Titan (A Hero's Tail)|Titan]] from ''[[Spyro: A Hero's Tail]]'' and ''[[Spyro: Shadow Legacy]]'', and is thought to be an early version of him.

Elder is a yellow dragon who tasks Spyro with finding all the fireflies that had been stolen from the Dragon Realms by Ripto and his henchmen Crush and Gulp.
