Cloud 9 is a realm in Spyro: Enter the Dragonfly that is inhabited by pajama-wearing teddy bears. It is a long line of towers and castles nestled on clouds. It also contains a long, flat rainbow that functions as a sort of floating bridge/ramp. It is also home to Rainbow Speedway, which looks similar to the level itself. The large hourglass is responsible for controlling the time.
After the invasion of Ripto's minions, the machines powering the hourglass were switched off thus stopping the hourglass from working and leaving the realm stuck in constant daytime. This made all the inhabitants suffer from lack of sleep and made them tired. Luckily enough, Spyro managed to repower the machines using his electric breath and restore the hourglass back to its working state.
Cloud 9 also has a Spitfire challenge where you need to destroy 4 battleships attacking the Puffy Palace.

Trivia
- The expression "cloud nine" means that something is heavenly, hence the blissful feel of the level.
- There is a power-up gate when you head to the pool, which is currently electrified by the clouds.
- This is the only level in the game that does not have a passage connecting the beginning to the end, once you reach the end for the first time.
