'''Scuba Riptocs''' are a type of [[Riptoc]]s wearing scuba gear that are located in [[Luau Island]]. They resemble the enemies in [[Seashell Shore]] from [[Spyro: Year of the Dragon]].


Since they are underwater, they can only be attacked with the underwater [[Charge]] attack.

*According to Luau Island’s sound list they are Gnorcs, referred to as “scuba gnorc”.
*They drown during their “bored” animation and then begin quickly swimming upwards.
*In early builds, they had an entirely different design which is also a Gnorc & is much closer to Insomanic’s art style in Spyro The Dragon.

Scuba Riptocs are a type of Riptocs wearing scuba gear that are located in Luau Island. They resemble the underwater Rhynocs in Seashell Shore from Spyro: Year of the Dragon, even making the same noise.

Since they are underwater, they can only be attacked with the underwater Charge attack.

  • According to Luau Island’s sound list they are Gnorcs, referred to as “scuba gnorc”.
  • They drown during their “bored” animation and then begin quickly swimming upwards.
  • In early builds, they had an entirely different design which is also a Gnorc & is much closer to Insomanic’s art style in Spyro The Dragon.
