Otto is an otter who appeared in the Coastal Remains, a realm in Spyro: A Hero's Tail. He gives Spyro a Light Gem if he is able to add water into the pool, which is recommended to proceed to the Sunken Ruins.
Sidequest
Part One
You need to do this part to get towards the Sunken Ruins. At the back of the pool is an area where some gnorcs and Dragon Dogs are. After killing them, use the Pole Spin ability you got from Magnus and fill up the red chart to the right of the screen. When it reachs full, some water will be added, and you can proceed to the Ruins.
Part Two
You don't have to do this part, but it should be done to get the two Light Gems. After smashing the Dark Gem, a bridge will be complited. Take the path to the right and kill the Crossbow Gnorc there (for safety reasons, you should also kill the other one nearby). There are three platforms. Try to jump onto each one without falling off until the chart is full. After that, Otto will give you a Light Gem, and you also have access to another one nearby! So, it might be such a fuss, but the prize is worth it!
Appearance and Personality
Otto is an orange ottor. He wears a blue top, has blonde hair and wears blue sunglasses (though not over his eyes). He always carries a surfboard in his right arm. The board is red, with the top half if it's front white with a purple star, while the bottom half is purple with OTTO writtin in white.
Otto has the personality of a surfer, and tends to say "dude" a lot. He seems to keep his cool, even when he was ticked off after somebody (possibly Ineptune) drained his pool.
