Template:CharacterboxPhil the Penguin is a resident in Icy Wilderness, which is found in Spyro: A Hero's Tail. He can be found near the Frosty Depot, at the beginning of the Homeworld. He has a wife named Peggy, who Spyro meets beyond the locked gate near Phil.
