Peggy is a character who only appeared in Spyro: A Hero's Tail. She is Phil's wife. She will need your help in one mission at Frostbite Village. She is a penguin, and a dancer.
Sidequest
Peggy wants you to defeat all the gnorcs that invade the playground. Easy mode wins an Egg while hard mode wins a Light Gem.
