Template:PlaceOriginal Island Speedway is a speedway in the Dragon Kingdom which is located in Dragon Village, which first appears in Spyro: A Hero's Tail. It is essentially the mini-game featuring Sgt Byrd, which functions similar to the speedways in the previous games.

- The music in all of Sgt. Byrd's minigame are the same. Similarly to how the music in the character missions are all the same in Spyro: Year of the Dragon.
- This is the first speedway in the Spyro series that is played with Sgt. Byrd.
