Jupiter Dragon Traps are immobile plant enemies that appeared in Crocovile Swamp and Dragonfly Falls, two realms in Spyro: A Hero's Tail. They attack by spitting fire at long range and bite at Spyro. Jupiter Dragon Traps also bear resembelance to Piranha Plants from the Mario series. Jupiter Dragon Traps comes in two different colors, red with white spots and yellow with white spots. It is best not to be close to a yellow Dragon Trap, for it will grant the player an instant death by swallowing them.
