Headbash, also formatted headbash, is an ability used by Spyro in several games, starting with Spyro 2: Ripto's Rage!. To execute the move, Spyro must jump, and then the player must press a certain button. By performing a headbash, Spyro charges down onto the ground. Headbash enables Spyro to destroy rocks and Metal Chests.
In Spyro 2: Ripto's Rage!, Spyro learns headbash near the end of his adventure, by paying 1,000 gems to Moneybags in Winter Tundra.
In Spyro: A Hero's Tail, the ability was renamed Horn Dive, also formatted horn dive[1]. Spyro learns the move from Elder Tomas. The Horn Dive is required for Spyro to destroy Dark Gems.
