Mermaids are creatures that appear in Spyro: A Hero's Tail and Spyro: Season of Ice. One of the mermaids is the boss Ineptune. Another one named Lily appears to Spyro, and give him some hints about where to go underwater. It is unknown if any others have appeared in the seires other than the two mentioned above.
