The Shattered Vale is a dwelling of unknown inhabitants in The Legend of Spyro: The Eternal Night.
Overview
The Shattered Vale, although never properly seen, is implied to be a region that is within a considerable proximity to the Mountain of Malefor. The population is unknown, but it must be rather sizable to be deemed important enough to send one of the Dragon Guardians there to warn the inhabitants of the Night of Eternal Darkness.
Story
After the raid on the Dragon Temple at the beginning of The Eternal Night, Ignitus, upon realizing the imminence of the Night of Eternal Darkness, sent Terrador to the Shattered Vale to warn the inhabitants of the forthcoming danger. Due to the close proximity of the region to the Mountain of Malefor, the population was most likely evacuated from the area due to Terrador's warning.
Trivia
- The above quote not only implies the close proximity of the Shattered Vale to the Mountain of Malefor, it also implies that the region it is located in, is called "Malefor," named after the eponymous Dragon and mountain.
