Template:Characterbox Blue Crabs are enemies that originally found in Spyro: Year of the Dragon. They were in the skateboard challenge in Super Bonus Round. They look like normal Crabs in this game. They give turbo when hit like normal crabs.
Spyro: A Hero's Tail
Blue Crabs look much different than their first appearance. They seem to be larger than normal Crabs and have spikes on the side. Their back side looks like a Horn Dive target. They are found in the Lost Cities. They are sometimes with crabs even smaller than they are. The Blue Crabs are immune to fire, so there are two ways to beat them. They can be defeated by charging on them, so they will be on their backs and then using the Horn Dive on them. They can also be defeated by buying the Horn Dive upgrade from Moneybags's shop for 10000 Gems by Horn Diving the crab twice.
Spyro: Shadow Legacy
The Blue Crabs later made a reapparance in Dragon Shores in Spyro: Shadow Legacy.
