Hunter

Cheetahs are a race of felines who commonly appeared in the original Spyro series. Hunter was the only notable cheetah who made an appearance throughout the games before other cheetahs were introduced starting in Spyro: Attack of the Rhynocs.

Characteristics

Physical Appearance

Cheetahs are tall, bipedal felines that have dark-colored spots on their yellow fur and have a white underbelly.

Culture

In Spyro: Attack of the Rhynocs, the Cheetahs at the Cheetah Spot Spa are shown to be athletic, eating healthy snacks and actively excercising to stay fit.

In Spyro: Shadow Legacy, the cheetahs, including Hunter and his father Akello, reside in the Savannah in the Avalar realm. Unlike their bodybuilder counterparts in Attack of the Rhynocs, the Cheetahs in the Savannah live as a tribe and are ruled by a king, keeping their stocks in caves and resting atop makeshift canopies.
