Frank Artigan is a dragon who manages Dragon's Arms Inn in Spyro: Shadow Legacy. At the start, he asks Spyro to light up the stove using his flame breath so that Artigan can prepare meals for the tourists visiting later. If Spyro does this, he earns 50 XP. Later, after Hunter, Bianca, and Blink leave Dragon Shores, Artigan talks to Spyro, reassuring him he will see them again. He offers him a small coconut treat. Shortly after, everyone, including Frank, is pulled into the Shadow Realm by a mysterious dark magic.
