*It is highly possible that a Fire Guardian wouldn't survive in the flames of the Ring of Annihilation, as it is fueled by the dark magic of the Destroyer itself. Evidence is when Ignitus was killed by the flames of the Belt of Fire while sacrificing himself to get [[Spyro (The Legend of Spyro)|Spyro]] and [[Cynder (The Legend of Spyro)|Cynder]] through.

The Ring of Annihilation is a giant wall of fire that the Destroyer created in The Legend of Spyro: Dawn of the Dragon. As the Destroyer made its journey around the world from the volcano it emerged from, it leaves behind the wall of fire which, when the circle of fire is linked to the Belt of Fire, will cause the world to be destroyed in a torrent of fire and ash. Malefor summoned the creature to create the ring to intiate the world's destruction. Once the Destroyer crawled back into the volcano below Malefor's Lair, the circle was completed, and the Ring of Annihilation began destroying the world violently. After Malefor's defeat, Spyro used his powers to restore the world and undo its destruction.
